· What time are your services? We have church services at 9:00 am and 10:30 am.
· How long does the service run? Each service is about one hour and 15 minutes long. We want to respect your time and the time of people coming into the next service so we try hard to make it no longer than that.
· What do I have to wear? You can wear whatever you are comfortable in. We want you to feel at home. You will notice that people wear different things based on their preferences: suits, shorts, dress pants, jeans. Please wear whatever you are comfortable in.
· Where can I park? We have parking all around our building with multiple entrances, all leading to the Sanctuary where services are held. Feel free to park in the doctor’s parking lots as well on weekends.
·
Where do I go when I
enter the church?
You
want to find your way to the Sanctuary eventually and all entrances lead
there. When you arrive, look for signs on the wall that point to the
Sanctuary and make sure you stop by the

Is there anything for my
children?
We
have a Sunday School program during the 9:00 am service for children ages 4
through 18. The classes are divided by age and a listing can be found
here or by by dropping by the
· How about for babies? Our fully staffed Nursery is available during all worship services and usually for our special events. After placing your little one in our Nursery Suite, you will be given a pager. The pager will allow us to contact you immediately if a need arises. A Nursing Mother’s Room is available for a mother to listen to the service in privacy while caring for her baby.
· Where should I sit during the service? Feel free to sit wherever you want. If you have a young child with you or someone in the Nursery, we encourage you to sit near the back in case you need to leave quickly.
· Do I have to sing? We believe that the musical part of our services is an opportunity for us to express, to God in song, our appreciation for who He is and all He has done for us. If you would like to just sit and watch, feel free to do that. But we hope you too will have something to sing about!
·
What is the Guest Card for? The Guest Card gives us an
opportunity to get to know you better. If you have a need we can help with,
a prayer request or just want more information about our church, fill out
the card and drop it in the offering plate or drop it off at the
· Do I have to give money to the church? No. As our guest, we not do expect you to give. Our offering time is another chance for the people who consider North-Mar home to express their appreciation to God for how He has provided for them. But if you would like to give, feel free!
· What kind of Bible do I have to have? We encourage you to use any Bible you want. Typically we will use the New International Version (NIV) of the Bible when we share from the Bible, but you can follow along in the version of the Bible you like best. If you forget your Bible, we have some in the pew rack in front of you. Don’t own a Bible? We would love to give you one!
·
What
do I do when the service ends? Don’t forget to get your
children! After rounding up your children from Sunday School, Children’s
Church, or the Nursery, stop by the
·
What do I
do next? That is up to you! If God is leading you to
become a part of the family here at
North-Mar, we would love to talk
with you about that. Please call the church office and ask to speak with one
of our pastors. We would love to help you take the next step of getting
plugged in to one of many ministries!
We invite you to take some time and explore the website we have designed for you. You will find it user friendly and filled with information that can help you connect with other people and with Jesus. Anything we can do to make your experience more enjoyable, and draw you closer to God, we would be glad to help with.
Thanks again for visiting us!
Come back any
time!
